A comfortable living room to relax and unwind in that opens up to a private oceanview balcony! This is the perfect location for any getaway!
As a guest, you'll have direct access to the beach, which is just steps away, as well as a heated community pool and hot tub, a tennis court, and plenty parking.
Explore nearby attractions, including downtown Cocoa Beach, water sports, and various beachside activities. Plus, you're conveniently close to Orlando theme parks, Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center!

Great beachfront property. The property management team were very helpful and friendly. Apartment and grounds were very clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again.
