Unit 402 is a beautiful condo that is perfect for a peaceful & relaxing romantic getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining room and living room. The balcony has a great view of the ocean from the 4th floor (north facing). The luxurious master bedroom has high quality linens & pillows. There is a new flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, a walk in closet, and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two full beds, a closet and a TV. The unit also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a closet filled with beach chairs and toys for your use.

* Very spacious, 1300 square feet
* TV's in the living room and both bedrooms
* Free wifi and parking
* Washer and Dryer IN the unit (separate laundry room)
* Linens/towels/cutlery/dishes/ all there, * Air mattress available for additional sleeping space

This property is in a great location. It was clean and had all of the beach accessories you could ask for. I would definitely go back and stay.

Condo was outdated. Needed repairs such as painting, new doors and furniture. Although we didn’t spend much time in the condo it was ideally located for us. Could be very nice if updated.

Check in was easy and Unit was clean and ready at 3pm! We were a family of 6 and enjoyed the condo and beach . Whenever we had a hiccup, Zareh, our property contact was on top of the issue to ensure it was fixed right away.The girlies had loads of fun in the waves.Only concern we had was the seaweed at the beach , excessive and no sign of it being cleared away!From our condo , We had a front row seat to a Space Launch to take supplies to the Space station, it was amazing!Certainly would book at this condo again.

We stayed in July 2025 for a baseball tournament. Condo is close to the beach and spacious. The complex had many other families with children staying our week. This condo is outdated; the pictures posted on the listing must be from years ago. The condo could use new paint, new doors, new rug in the living room and new furniture. A wooden block was holding up the couch in the living room and the kitchen toaster caught on fire the first time we used it. The property management team was very responsive. The listing stated that construction was taking place next door from 8am- 5 pm. Construction started as early as 4:30 AM and woke family members staying in the primary bedroom several mornings of our stay. Family in the other bedroom did not hear the early morning construction. The rental team was informed of the early morning construction. The discount offered was not worth the construction headache. Attached photo was taken at 4:27AM.
