The view was the absolute best. Gorgeous balcony views. The manager of the complex was amazing! He helped us out with a small situation. I’m giving this u it a five, in spite of the following:I wish that the entire property was smoke free. We lost a considerable amount of balcony time due to the hourly smoker below us. It was so bad that when we went in the second day of our stay it set the smoke alarms inside our unit off. Every. Single. One. Thankfully the property manager assisted in getting them turned off. The rental company had workers come and “fix” them, which included them coming in the unit and taking down all the smoke alarms and popping the batteries out. Completely unsafe and when we reached out to have it resolved, the rental company said they could be like that for a week. The other difference I saw in this unit compared to the previous ones we’ve stayed at in Cocoa Beach with a different rental company in a nearby property was the clean feeling. This unit just didn’t feel clean like so many other people had commented. It needed a deep clean and just some simple maintenance. As an example, some of the switch plates didn’t even have covers. Little things like that create repeat guests. Overall, the unit was not bad. I would recommend to someone based on the price and balcony views.
