This coastal gem welcomes you with an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is a delight with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker. It also features a convenient breakfast bar with high chairs, perfect for quick meals on the go. A more formal setting can be achieved at the adjoining dining table.

The spacious living room offers guests a great place to unwind, especially after spending the day at the beach or enjoying shared amenities, including a hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis, and grills. Snuggle up on any of the two sofas available, or take advantage of the armchair right in front of the TV with cable to enjoy your favorite shows in the first row. There is also a convenient and well-equipped desk if you bring your laptop.

Right off the living room is a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens and offering great views of the beach and ocean. It's furnished with enough chairs to hang out with your friends as you take in the vistas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
