Sandcastles Family Condo (New Listing!)

What a great property. Location is close to everything. Pool was clean and room had a great view .

This conveniently located condo was large, spotless and has a good view. The beds and bedding are all quite comfortable. The ocean location has a short two minute walk to the water. The owner provided nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well as quality beach towels. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need.

It was a nice condo great location and the beach was the best. We saw several spacex launches. The condo had all the necessary and comfortable beach chairs, umbrella and towels. The one unfortunate exception was the large construction project going up almost directly to our condo was quite noisy especially early morning hours.

I need to say location was good but we did not use patio as furniture dirty and old. A huge Westin resort is being built next door which will effect future view. The condo bathrooms had mold in them which was apparent. Drawers had an odor and we could not unpack suitcases. The master closet was used as a messy storage area for sandy Beach chairs ,imbrellas old linens, Christmas decorations and extra supplies , I coughed every might the entire 2 weeks which I feel was from the mold. We bought new towels as the ones there were quality of cleaning rags.The host was reachable and offered to send cleaners back but I had cleaned some already and there was no way mold could be removed as I tried. Itneeded deep cleaning or caulk replacedI reached out to host x 3 as we felt we should be compensated as condo was overpriced for condition. I understand he had a family matter but told me he would follow up the following week which would be in April, still nothing. We have stayed at other units in past which were awesome. Thank you
