- 3 Ring doorbell devices at each entrance, with exterior security cameras facing every entryway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They actively record video and audio when motion is detected or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- There is an internal smart device used to measure excessive noise in the home. It does not have a camera but does measure volume levels throughout the home while guests are present. This is required by the City of Fort Lauderdale for all vacation rentals.
