May be ok for a long term stay but not good for one night.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

There was no staff. Flew in early and had to drag our luggage around all day because we couldn’t get into the room. I asked if we could just drop it off and they said no. Something was leaking in the unit. Every time I got up, the floor was wet. Couldn’t get a late checkout so we will be dragging our luggage around until we can check in to our cruise.

It was a good stay and it was nice and neat, but definitely could have better ways to get access.

Location was good, room was clean and it was definitely a good amount of space in the room.

I think there should be a front desk and people we can easily contact. The number is helpful but sometimes it's just easier to have someone right there that you can communicate to in person. Or at least have something quickly accessible to the workers.

I founded a cockroach in the kitchen. I paid more money for a kitchenette with terrasse and barbecue, but when I arrived the gave me a room in front of the pool, with no terrace and no barbecue. See the picture attached

I had the switch rooms and still never got the leisure chair that should be in the apartment I booked. Both apartments were smaller than appeared in the photos.

I prefer if the check in time was earlier, most places allow you to check in by 3pm but the check in was 4pm.

It was worst experience of my life I beg the manager to let us in because my wife had a surgery an was left in the draft 5 hours before they allow us assistance I had to reach out to booking .com for a refund few minutes after that thats how they allow us to get the code to enter the bed sheets was stain up an blood I told the manager he intern told me thanks for reporting it I told him this is infection and bacteria you think that man answer the only thing he did was email after 7am saying check out link then the maid was cant speak no English couldn't give us sheets nor towels we had to go buy sheets an towels then they thief it when I report it the man only say the staff there we can go check it was the worst or worst an there a guy next door Selling weed all day an night an smoking it was bad for my wife lungs she had to go back to Cleveland clinic

Great value and great place to stay!’

Property is located in walking distance of a lot of great bars and restaurants. Place was clean. Every morning people come and clean the pool plus blow down the area. Management is texting to make sure everything is perfect. I will always be staying here when I come to this area. Well done!!!

Overall it was good. Location was great. Publix is 5 minutes walking, beach is 15 minutes walking. Service on phone was effective. Pool cleaning was daily.

I rented for 4 people and the sofa bed was not very comfortable, the extendable part separated every night so my kids did not sleep well in the whole staying. In the kitchen a few more items are needed: pasta strainer, cheese ray, cleaning towels. And they need a rug for the entry and floor drying mop.

It was nice

The location was excellent. I liked that it had its own pool that only the people who stayed there could use and it wasn’t a lot of people like at a hotel.

First the staff. Not friendly at all and when I tried to ask a question the 2 I spoke to told me they don’t speak English. Also felt the picture was misleading. I booked for me and my 19 year old son and saw that it had a bed and a couch in it which would have been perfect, I was going to sleep in the couch and my 19 year old son on the bed. But there was no couch. If I had known I would have booked a different room or new place al together. We had to get an air mattress and for the money we spent it was very off putting

Comfort plus affordable for almost any vacationer!

I really loved the cute, cozy apartment. It was an efficiency, but just enough space for my son and I to stay for the Balling on the Beach event. Check in and out was a breeze and the price even better especially when budget traveling!!!

Disappointed after Second Visit

It was clean. The staff that was there was responsive. The location was good

I was promised a superior room with patio. I was given a small room with no patio in a heavily trafficked area near the pool. Last year I had a larger room with patio and returned hoping for the same. I was very disappointed and called the management for a change in room. I only got platitudes and was offered a different room for the last two days of my holiday. They were inadequate. I will not return and advise others not to go to this establishment. No compensation was offered.

Affordable & Low Key

The location wasn’t far from the airport. It was easy for Uber/Lyft/Door Dash to find the property. It’s near lots of shopping and food, very walkable. The pool was refreshing on the hot days, wasn’t crowded. The bed was comfortable, cute decor in apartment.

The place could use a deep clean, while it is clean at first glance, there are things that could definitely use a deep clean/ extra wipe down…. Like walls, doors, windows, shower and the tables & chairs on the patio.

The unit didn’t match the pictures. The unit was more dated than the images. It was clean though there was visible wear and tear on the walls/doors/paint. It was also a lot smaller than the images. No couch. Etc. lastly, the neighborhood doesn’t seem like the safest place to be. The building itself seems very old and not unkept well at all. The seats outside the unit and the grill were dirty.

The location was nice, close to the cruise port/ airport and down the street from a restaurant we had enjoyed a few weeks earlier that we wanted to go back to! There was a nice pool on the property (no time to use it!) but saw people quietly enjoying the pool in the mornings and evenings as we were coming/going. The place was clean, quiet and nicely furnished (comfortable bed, pillows, etc). It felt like a safe location (secure).

1 - There was no place to put our clothes - no closet, no luggage rack or chair big enough for a suitcase. We had just come off a 12 night cruise so had several suitcases. The bookcase can be used to put a couple small things for one person. There is a small metal table and two chairs, so we were able to use the table for one of the suitcases, but the others we needed to lift, open, get what we needed, close it. before putting it back on the floor. 2 - The shower was nice and big, water pressure was good. But the shower leaked water from the shower door no matter which way you angle the showerhead. Needed to use one of the towels to soak up the puddle in the bathroom/entry. It almost looked like someone put the door in wrong?

Nightmare. Credit card info stolen & didn't stay but got charged.

Got charged for not staying. The check-in process was a nightmare, and it's sent too close to the checkin hours. I couldn't upload a photo. It didn't work for me, so I wasn't able to get in the property. Besides that, I received a message saying that my payment didn't go through directly from them, I clicked the link and put all my credit card information again only to find that it was a scam, after I did it. But it was exactly the same booking page and everything. I asked the property, and they just said to ignore it. While someone stole my whole credit card information with a fake website look-alike. They couldn't even make an exception and refund me for my cancelation. I reached out to booking and the property, and they said they were going to wave the cancelation fees, but guess what? They still charged me 132$ . They didn't do any partial refund because the property was non refundable, and they couldn't make an exception. There's absolutely nothing I liked from this whole experience.

Pleasant and comfortable

Lovely location with shops and other facilities near by. Simple and catered to our specific needs. Pretty exterior.

There were insects laying eggs in the bathroom every couple of hours. Little bit of rust/mold/grout dirt in the bathroom. Wifi can be quite slow - due to the number of people using at a time. Washroom was raided with mosquitoes due to the warm temp - suggestion to put incense of sorts. Initially, I was nervous about the contactless system and putting card details on a foreign website. Probs would have been more comfortable doing a deposit. But I trust Lowkl will remove the details off of the system.

The price was the best aspect of the property. The pool was clean. Nice to have the option to use the fridge, stove and microwave and dishes.

The bathroom is unacceptable. There is nowhere to stand to close the door. The shower leaks all over the floor and the door can’t open nor close with a towel on the floor. Lots of unsealed large cracks for the huge cockroach to hide we saw on the inside shower window. I could barely sleep after that. The pool was chilly for November. I didn’t want to walk around without shoes on due to the cleanliness.

The location was a good neighborhood for conveniences

This was advertised as an "apartment" I've stayed in apartment style units before, and this wasn't an apartment. An apartment includes a living area, and a kitchen area. Sitting on the bed to watch TV is not a living area, and a countertop plug-in burner is not a kitchen. This was a motel room. There was NO STAFF ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. There was no getting any help with anything.

Fun in the sun with our granddaughter!

Everything was clean and working properly. The pool was cleaned often. There are plenty of pool toys. Plenty of towels and necessities. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was safe and perfect for us. Our daughter stayed here and recommended it. It's nice to know we can have a good choice in staying here when we come back.

The room, the whole place was very clean , the location was perfect , close to the beach, to the Broward Convention center, a lot food places walking distance, nice pool

The mosquitos, you have to make sure you keep the door close and close right after yourself otherwise you will be dealing with 100 mosquitos, I think is all the plants around the property

I would still stay again at Casa Cordova. The air conditioner covered some of the noice from other people.

Everything, easy getting around, clean , had a table and chairs outside for visiting. There were grills to cook on. Location was close to shopping and restaurants.

The walls were thin, I could hear conversations. Someone had kids running around the complex screaming and didn’t stop until midnight. Also at night I couldn’t see my pad to open my door, there needed to be a light outside .
