I like that it is a traditional motel yet has also been spiced up into something that's very original and unique in style. Much more interesting place to stay than the overpriced skyscraper chain hotels that have taken over Fort Lauderdale. The hosts put a lot of effort into luxuries and add ons within the apartment, the type of things that a typical bloke like me would never think of yet when I have them I appreciate them! Swimming pool a great little bonus. Very smart and friendly cat on site who keeps the scaly critters away.
Wifi was flaky for a couple of days however it's not much of a big deal for me personally as I can tether via cell phone as backup.

Property is OK. The rooms are very small, a little costly for what you get.
As soon as you walk in the door, the musty moldy smell, hit you in the face, all of us coughed while there, this would definitely be terrible for asthmatic people
