Large rooms, beds were comfortable

When we arrived, the A/C was set to 60. Took quite a while to warm it back up. Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Potato chips on the carpet, oven was filthy, stove top was not clean, microwave wasn't clean and inside the microwave was a saucepan with potatoes in it. Bathroom vent was filthy and there was no smoke detector. Missing cabinet pull, top of fridge was dirty. Closet doors in one bedroom off the tracks. Furniture had some rips. Internet went down for over an hour. There were many patches to the sheetrock, but they never touched up the paint so you could see every patch. One curtain rod was taped together.

I like the area, very calm and quiet. Parking space availability is a plus.

Cleanliness is below standard in my opinion. Checked in to meet leftover meal in the microwave, it has been there for many days or weeks. The toilet was very dirty around the seat corners, I had to scrub it by myself.

We wound up booking the last night at a nearby hotel.

There was a car next to ours broken into the first night. There was a past guest at our door at 12:30 AM the second night and we had to call the police to get rid of them. The host took a long time to get back with us. The communications with the booking agency where bad.

Em geral, voltaria, mas não para tantos dias. Ficamos limitados para cozinhar e limpar.

Localização muito boa, nos facilitou muito. Muito espaço e armários para armazenamento. Quando reclamamos do barulho do vizinho, tentaram resolver (não deu muito certo, a pessoa era sem educação mesmo).

O chuveiro precisa de manutenção. A vassoura que deixaram estava quebrada ao meio, doía as costas pra varrer o espaço inteiro. É um item barato! Tinha sujeira antiga atrás da cama. As panelas eram de teflon e estavam arranhadas, o que é perigoso. Por isso compramos uma panela e acabamos deixando no local. Tem forno, mas não tem uma forma para usar. São coisas pequenas e baratas, que deixariam a estadia muito melhor e fazem toda diferença. Teria sido bom toalhas extras, pois ficamos 9 dias.
