3. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the property. Smoking violations may result in a $250 fee, plus any additional costs for cleaning, deodorizing, or repairing damage.
4. No Parties or Excessive Noise: Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
6. Damages: Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay and should report any damage to us as soon as possible.
7. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply if an unauthorized late departure delays housekeeping or impacts another reservation.
8. Commercial Activities & Events: Commercial activities, filming, events, parties, or business activities involving visitors require prior written approval. Working remotely from the apartment is absolutely welcome.
9. Surveillance & Noise Monitoring: Video surveillance may be present in exterior/public areas for security. Noise-monitoring technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels. It does not record conversations.
10. House Rules: By making a reservation, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violations may result in applicable fees, charges, or termination of the stay in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable law.

Place was very clean and felt welcoming, area is nice and quiet. If you don't mind walking some, plenty of restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend staying here

We stayed at the property for 4 weeks and were beyond satisfied with our experience. The apartment was extremely well appointed. We had no problems cooking meals in the kitchen, and there were plenty of supplies for our entire stay. There was even extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Despite our lengthy stay, we had more than enough supplies!
The location is amazing - we were able to easily walk to Riverwalk and Las Olas, and it was only a super short drive to Whole Foods. The building was extremely safe, and the neighborhood was pleasant.
The host was friendly, very
helpful, and communicative. He even put together a guide with local recommended restaurants and activities. We will definitely book another stay if/when we end up returning to the area.
