Great place. The place was clean. It was well appointed and had a coffee maker. Very walkable. We stayed a few days before a cruise so did a quick load of laundry The door did not seal well and our unit was out front so there was some street so some street noise.

I have to say that I am very critical and picky, but this place is just impeccable. It was clean, had new furniture, great lighting, and easy check-in and check-out. Will return for sure.

We used this location as our home base for tortuga music festival and it was perfect. Close enough to all the action on the beaches and downtown but far enough to not have to deal with the craziness and traffic. Has all the amenities needed and was suoer clean. Communication was clear and easy. Seemed like if we did need something, management would be willing and accessible at any moment.

My son stayed here for spring break to visit with friends. The apartment was tastefully designed and clean, which is very important to him. As a mother, I wanted safety and a clean place for him, and Sailboat delivered. I had several questions both before and during check-in which were answered immediately and we had zero issues. All in all, this was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend.
