About this apartment rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with lots of space and sleeps ten. Recently built with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and very nice tile flooring for a smooth, elegant look. Premium cable and movie channels, with high-speed internet, and smart TVs for streaming. We are located next to two family parks and a high school. It is also located on a dead-end street, so there is no through traffic, and it's also very quiet and provides lots of privacy. Walking distance to a great restaurant next to one of the parks that also has basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, and great water views way views. Our community has security cameras on the outside of the buildings only.

The accommodation was just what we needed. The place was clean and everything that was listed in description was accurate. The beaches were close and downtown was easy to find. The only thing that was off putting was the way communicating with the owner. When messaged it would be a while if any responses were given. I would recommend to a friend and I myself would stay again

We were there for a couple of days before heading to Bahamas and it was just what we needed.
The code to get into the apartment didn't work and it took a few tries to reach the host to get the correct code.
After we got in, it was just great!

Much has been done to make this rental a nice place. It was clean and the kitchen sufficiently appointed to suit our limited needs. We only stayed one night. There were 6 adults staying in the 3 bedrooms, however there were not enough bath towels for everyone or pillows on the beds. Both showers did not drain well so we were standing in an inch or two of water. It is convenient to Port Everglades for those looking to rent a place the night prior to cruise ship embarkation. With a few more renovations to bathrooms and amenities for guests, this would a handy spot for exploring Ft. Lauderdale and the area.
