About this apartment rental

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with lots of space and sleeps ten. Recently built with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and very nice tile flooring for a smooth, elegant look. Premium cable and movie channels, with high-speed internet, and smart TVs for streaming. We are located next to two family parks and a high school. It is also located on a dead-end street, so there is no through traffic, and it's also very quiet and provides lots of privacy. Walking distance to a great restaurant next to one of the parks that also has basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, and great water views way views. Our community has security cameras on the outside of the buildings only.

The place was a dump. Walls patched and not painted. Host put electrical tape on light switch so guess do not use it Light switch in bathroom falling off

Condo was open when we arrived 30 minutes after check-in time, and was NOT cleaned. Cleaning service arrived an hour later after messages sent to host, and we were asked to leave and come back in another hour. After returning sheets were changed, bathrooms were cleaned, but rest of the house did not seem that clean. We were given only one set of towels per bedroom . So I guess we were expected to share with our partner our washcloths and hand towels This place was a painter's nightmare. And host refused to return cleaning fees

The accommodation was just what we needed. The place was clean and everything that was listed in description was accurate. The beaches were close and downtown was easy to find. The only thing that was off putting was the way communicating with the owner. When messaged it would be a while if any responses were given. I would recommend to a friend and I myself would stay again

We’ve stayed in vacation rental places around the world and this is in the top 5 of worst places. I’ll start with the positive, Patrick was pretty good at communicating, but got dinged because the instructions were so extensive and convoluted with multiple key pads and lock boxes to negotiate. He did respond pretty quickly when contacted and helped out when we had no sheets or blankets for sleeper sofa. The place was fairly clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. There was one master bedroom with a king bed The frustration came with a few things: Location - this place was a 25 min drive to beach and had only a very small cement slab behind a large gate to sit outside. And if you did sit outside you were constantly dealing with people who couldn’t find their instructions or their code didn’t work. Dark & dreary - the place allowed no natural light so was dark and depressing. Windows were small and provided no access to any view. Poorly maintained - Trim wasn’t painted or had masking tape. An entire electrical outlet pulled out of the wall when trying to unplug. Many outlets didn’t work. Toilet had to be flushed with a bucket of water most times. Shower faucet was installed backwards so you thought you were out of hot water, but the fixture is backwards. Basics - we were provided one roll of the worst toilet paper ever, 5 sandpaper towels, no extra sheets/blankets for pull out bed (which was ripped up) and almost no kitchen pots and pans. Not enough plates, cups, etc. Certainly not enough for a family to use. Neighborhood- didn’t feel very safe in this neighborhood. Piles of garbage outside poorly maintained homes. Lots of stray animals roaming. Also almost nothing nearby to walk to. Extras- This should just say no laundry since public machines are ancient, filthy, and expensive. Because it was spring break and we needed to accommodate a family of 5 adults, we had limited options to stay, but would recommend that you find a nicer place than this. With no pool, outside area, sunlight, access to beach, cheap construction, and poorly furnished this place was so depressing. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Patrick was quick to respond to any inquiry that I had and the location was perfect. Close to the beach, a great little community park near by with tennis courts and playground and an awesome local restaurant. I hope to come back there next year.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to going on a cruise. Property was clean inside. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Hot water ran out each morning but we just spaced our showers a little. Property manager was very attentive and responded quickly to messages. We would stay here again.

Much has been done to make this rental a nice place. It was clean and the kitchen sufficiently appointed to suit our limited needs. We only stayed one night. There were 6 adults staying in the 3 bedrooms, however there were not enough bath towels for everyone or pillows on the beds. Both showers did not drain well so we were standing in an inch or two of water. It is convenient to Port Everglades for those looking to rent a place the night prior to cruise ship embarkation. With a few more renovations to bathrooms and amenities for guests, this would a handy spot for exploring Ft. Lauderdale and the area.

My group (six adults) stayed here one night prior to a cruise. The three bedrooms accommodated our group of three couples perfectly. Coffee (regular and decaf!) Was provided along with tea, creamer, sugar, spices, and plenty of glassware and plates/bowls. The couch was comfortable for lounging and the beds were comfortable. Patrick was very professional and the property details and check-in instructions we're very clear and easy to follow. I absolutely would recommend this to others for the owner's professionalism, amenities, and proximity to the airport and port.
