this was a good pick at an affordable price, everything is as described just as the photo shows

the balcony, waking up to a view, quiet area, the bed was soft

some how the water was leaking from the bathroom into the room, some of my clothes got wet and had to go a wash house near by. the stairs are creaky whenever you walk on them.

My stay was very distasteful

The place was very filthy. There was a cockroach in the shower and on the side of the sink. There’s small ants everywhere by the kitchen area. The ice tray was very dirty. I am not satisfied with my stay at all. I reached out to the owner and they still have not answered my phone calls. I will like to receive my full refund.

Great place to fish!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a great stay at this modern Riverview apartment! The location is perfect—very convenient with grocery stores nearby and affordable Uber prices to get around. The view of the river was beautiful and relaxing, with a nice hammock swing that i accidentally sprained my toe on lol so be careful getting off of it! The bed was very comfortable, and the TV/ small kitchenette made it easy to unwind after a long day of work. The AC was definitely loud, but it blasted nice cold air, which was perfect for the miami heat. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and nature. The hosts were very responsive/ attentive. Highly recommend!

There is an ant trail next to the door/ near the ceiling. The porch door is a bit heavy so it makes a lot of noise getting in/ out. Walls also need a slight repaint. Nothing major place was a vibe!

Internal cleanliness. Floor throughout the apartment needs a deep steam clean. Window frames particularly dirty. Bed linen poor quality. Noise transmission from adjacent and apartment above. Noise insulation required. Patio tables and chairs need to be replaced

I would not stay there again . Not horrible, but I would have paid more for clean accommodations.

Close to attractions Nice outside area for relaxing

It was not clean when we arrived. Hair in the bed, dingy washcloths and towels and there was an odor. Smelled like a wet basement. I was provided with a new blanket (2nd day)and offered sheets; I bought my own sheets and towels on a Walmart run. Staff did provide an ion machine that took away the smell on the second day The water pressure was low and the water didn’t get hot enough for me. Felt like a low budget motel

Parking may be a little difficult but management took care to accommodate easy access. Also, they are currently doing some improvements so there’s a lot of tools and construction materials/tools laying around, wouldn’t recommend kids staying there

Glad I was booked for only one night

Their was a motion light on all night and the room was as light as day. Their was no oven to bake my pizza. Their was not enough kitchen tools/items and the bed was not comfortable

Had a great time and would stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed waking up next to the river and having coffee watching ducks, iguanas and turtles. Management was very responsive and fixed the minor problem of Kitchen pans missing. Location to airport is great and beach is one straight drive down Broward dr. (15 Minutes). This studio was very comfortable and provided everything needed for a great stay.

Kitchen utensils could be upgraded.
