    ON EVERY TRAVEL SITE THIS PROPERTY IS LISTED AS 5 STAR BUT IT SHOUD NOT BE MORE THEN A 4 STAR. 1.. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A LOBBY. SO IF YOU ARE ARRIVING IN A GROUP OF 5-6 PEOPLE, THEN BELIEVE ME YOU WILL NOT HAVE PLACE TO SIT. OR IF YOU HAVE ANY GUEST COOMING IN TO SEE YOU, THEN THERE IS NO PLACE TO SIT. 2.. BEING A 5 STAR PROPERTY, THERE ARE ONLY ONE MALE & FEMALE SINGLE USE TOILETS TO CATER RECEPTION AND RESTAURANT. 3.. VERY SMALL RESTAURANTWITH ALWAYS CRUNCH OF SITTING SPACE AND EVERY TIME YOUR ARE ASKED TO SIT IN THE BAR SECTION DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF SPACE. OVERALL SERVICES ARE GOOD BUT VERY CRAMPED PROPERTY. STAY FOR 3 DAYS WAS VERY SUFFOCATING FOR ME

    I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately did not have a great experience. I had specifically booked a plunge pool room for my child, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. However, for two consecutive nights, there was excessive noise coming from the adjacent room that continued until around 2 AM. Despite raising a complaint with the hotel staff, the disturbance persisted, which made it difficult to rest properly. It was disappointing, especially considering the expectation of comfort and relaxation associated with this type of room. I hope the management takes better measures to ensure guest comfort and enforce noise control policies in the future.
