Great property. Very clean with ample activities.

The Staff is rude, careless, ignorant. Specially those sitting at the front desk and the restaurant. You will not feel any warmth from the staff. The staff will ruin this property. I specifically remember Ms Lee at the check out desk, I haven’t faced such cold treatment even at the remote areas hotel, how can this be expected at Taj.

The villas were spaced well and looked stunning. Even inside the villa, the rooms were tastefully decorated. The service is top notch and the staff is well-trained and courteous. The pools are big, there's an outdoor Jacuzzi. The beach is just stunning and peaceful.

Nothing really. But if I had to point out something I think the variety of food at the buffet restaurant was mostly North Indian and that could be made better. There was hardly any local Goan items listed.

Our stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa was exceptional. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush landscaped gardens, spacious rooms, and direct access to the pristine Benaulim Beach. The hospitality was truly outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our family feel special. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, luxurious, and perfect for relaxation. Traveling with an infant was very comfortable thanks to the thoughtful service and family-friendly facilities.

Very little to dislike. The resort is spread across a large area, so walking between certain facilities can take some time, especially with a young child. However, the buggy service was prompt and helpful. Other than that, the experience was excellent.

Peaceful location and a lovely property

Swimming pool closure which was due to be complete prior to arrival was not done so and a call made by guest relations prior to visit ensured it would be. However on arrival it was clear this was weeks if not months away. There were no sunbeds on the beach either so nowhere to relax in peace due to the loud noise of the construction at the pool. Also approx 5000 rupees were stolen from a handbag left in the bedroom.
