Basic but comfortable rooms. Clean sheets, working AC, good shower, nice pool and beautiful property. Breakfast was generous and great too.
The check-in process could be smoother. Despite paying in advance and uploading ID proof we had to wait almost half an hour for them to locate our booking. No response to calls prior to check-in either.

Prasad, the house manager and his team gave exemplary hospitality. The old Portuguese house is steeped in heritage and is maintained very well. The home grown and home cooked food and the cool pool was an added bonus. The island is small enough to walk or cycle and there are restaurants and convenience stores close by. Divar Island is a ferry ride away from the chaos and noise of the mainland. You'll find a rhythm here that you won't want to lose.
