    The hotel's location is good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms are not well maintained. One night, when I needed to use the bathroom, the door lock became stuck and would not open. I had to call the reception, and the staff came to unlock the door. The breakfast was extremely poor. There was very little variety, and the quality of the food served was below expectations. They also refused to provide tea without sugar, which was disappointing.
