To Sharda, General Manager Dear Sharda, We stayed at the property for three nights, but unfortunately, due to several issues with our stay, we had to leave after just two nights. As a result, we lost ₹10,000 for the unused night, in addition to having our plans disrupted. I would like to highlight the following concerns: Sea View: The property was advertised as offering a complete sea view. However, the view from our balcony was significantly obstructed by several trees, which was not what we expected based on the description. Poor Quality of Food: The food quality was extremely disappointing. We raised concerns about several items, including Hot Chocolate, Peri Peri Fries, Biryani, and Chilli Paneer, as the quality and taste were far below acceptable standards. Stale and Unacceptable Food Quality: More seriously, some of the food served appeared to be stale or not properly prepared. The paneer did not seem fresh, the rice was undercooked, and the peas appeared to be spoiled. Unfortunately, consuming the food resulted in stomach discomfort and affected our plans for the trip. Lack of Customer Service: Despite highlighting these issues with the food, the resort did not have the courtesy to remove the concerned items from our bill. We were still charged for the food items we had specifically complained about, which was extremely disappointing and reflected poorly on the overall customer experience. Considering the above issues, our experience at the property was far below our expectations. We are particularly disappointed that the concerns we raised were not handled appropriately by the resort management. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to others in the future. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience. Thanks, Abhishek

Poor wifi, poor room lock not opening, nor usable for lift operation for 6 hours, depends on maintainance staff for use of master key every time. Food quality was substandard

I booked for 4 days with breakfast - but suddenly on our last day, they said that it is not included on the service, on the day of checkout I was shocked with the bill. A late notice is very inconvenient on my part, lastly the hotel is supposedly 5 stars but it is old and there is a leak of water from the ceiling in the corridor. They used centralized AC, and the other room are smoking inside their room which can be smell from our room - had a bad experience here.
