    Loc is good . Rooms are big , clean and comfortable. Worth staying. Only draw back is restaurant which needs to be done up for cleanliness and rates if items has to be worked out again

    They tell at booking it is partial sea view room but there is no view from room.they charge high rs 5500 for front room but actually view is same from front or back room so do not get trapped in there marketing tricks.they give back room if you book from agoda . For room cleaning you need to keep chasing housekeeping else they will skip. Breakfast was pathetic, they do not know how to prepare basic food like puri/aloo...even option in breakfast is very less...they keep repat food after 2 days.i think morning chef has no cooking skills. Night dinner is fine , they have different chef in night Food is very expensive also , they do not allow outside food in common area so you are bound to eat average food with very high cost. If you are planning for any party they switch off lights at 11 pm so can't sit and feel ocean . They are charging just because they have direct access to sea ( which is also dirty). If you find room between 2500-3000 you can plan to stay otherwise this hotel has no worth to stay keeping above points in mind.
