The facility is well maintained; hospitality is good . The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good B2B connect for all sight seeing, water sports, car rental and so on; the rates seemed to be reasonable.
No intercom, Very difficult to reach the hotel staff / receptionist over the phone. All requests and clarification are communicated ONLY through WhatsApp.

Superb service…superb staff… especially Aparna, Prithvi, Manoj, the head chef and the entire team of hotel lotus…superb food… breakfast spread was limited but tasty food. Whatever food we had ordered that was tasty. A good place to stay. Property location was also good and nearby to the market.
Should have ac in the dining area also.
