Excellent location. Beachfront with convenient access to a nice very clean beach. Service staff especially Akash in housekeeping and Nikhil at front desk were super helpful and nice to deal with.
The showers are terrible! Barely any water pressure. Especially after a visit to the beach, washing sand away was a nightmare. IRD and HK are a bit slow sometimes.

Kids area is an absolute let down. Should really work on improving the play area for kids. Absolute deal breaker for families with young children.

Very green and large property. Private entrance to the beach and buggy ride also available. 2 pools for guests. We enjoyed the food - buffet, Ala Carte as well as room service! Quick response to any requests placed. Warm and efficient staff.
Our room had some issues - vent in bathroom either kept leaking (due to AC) forming a water puddle right in middle of bathroom or didn’t function.This issue should have been checked during room readiness. Having staff come again and again to fix the issue was a big spoiler. A couple of tiles in the room were broken which could have been dangerous if walking barefoot. Calls from front desk to get feedback when DND is set were an irritant too. They did offer to change our room on 3rd day but we declined as we were checking out next day.
If the room had been good, our stay would have been great.
