Excellent rooms.

The rooms and very spacious !
The staff was very accommodating , the kitchen was very baby friendly . Prakruthi was very helpful

Breakfast spread was nice and had good variety all over,
Location was good according to us, away from noise.
10 minutes to candolim beach, 20 minutes to calanguate.
Prakriti, Alysha from the front desk, anshul from the house keeping plus the whole staff were really sweet and very helpful.
Privacy with the in room jacuzzi or plunge pool could have been better, other pools and jacuzzi were easily visible from our room.

The one and only treadmill did not work...the staff were not meant for a five star property...and I blame the management .
When we came out of our room...onion packet...dirty tissues and not cleaned for a long time..the worst was Neeraj..the finance manager on duty who did not want to come out and talk to us about the issues we faced.
