    review based on my experience:Good Stay with Amazing Food, but Reception and Room Service Need ImprovementOur overall stay at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa was good, but it was a mix of excellent hospitality in some areas and highly disappointing service in others.The food was absolutely awesome, and the restaurant team truly saved our trip. The Food Manager, Mr. Omkar, was a great host and a remarkably well-behaved professional. His exceptional hospitality is the primary reason we would consider staying here again. Additionally, Aakash did a fantastic job handling all the guests efficiently during the busy breakfast hours.However, the hospitality fell short elsewhere. The room service was very poor, and the reception team specifically needs serious improvement in their efficiency and guest management.If you are looking for great food and dining hospitality, this place is excellent, but management needs to address the subpar service at the front desk and room service.

    Dear Team Hyatt Centric, Thank you so much for taking care of my mom and me during our stay at your hotel. Special thanks to Dolma from Front Office who called me after reading my email wrt my booking requirements and did everything that was required to make our stay pleasant. Also Special thanks to Abhishek from FnB and Chef Gaurav who always catered to our food requirements. We are so happy that we selected Hyatt Centric for our stay this time at Goa. We strongly recommend this hotel incase you are looking for a well maintained rooms with excellent hygeine, great indoor amenities for adults and kids, well spread buffet, vallet pick up n drop and most important great customer centricity.
