My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing and did not meet my expectations, especially considering that I paid ₹10,880 for two nights. The hotel is located in a residential area, and the parking area is quite limited and congested. I booked the hotel through Agoda for 13th to 15th September 2026. At the time of booking, the room-view details were not clearly mentioned on the Agoda listing. However, at check-in, I was allotted a backside room. As it was the off-season in Goa, I requested the reception staff to provide a pool-view room, if available. Instead of trying to accommodate the request, the reception staff simply informed me that I would have to pay an additional ₹2,000 for an upgrade. Since my family was uncomfortable with the backside room, I had no practical choice but to pay the additional amount. What was most disappointing was the lack of cooperation and customer service at reception. After paying ₹10,880 for the stay, I expected at least a reasonable level of hospitality and assistance. The rooms are also very small and have only basic amenities. Overall, the experience did not justify the amount paid. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I personally would not choose to stay here again. The hotel management should seriously improve its reception service, transparency regarding room categories/views, and overall guest experience.
