Good Location. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Good restaurant. Good staff.

Towels provided were a bit older or stained. They can change them periodically.

Location close to many shopping and good restaurants..15 min walk to beach.. Rooms are big and with all facilities.. Parking in place for 8 cars..In house restaurant Pepper is an added advantage, for lunch n dinner..BF spread is vast every day..Staff is helpful...

Location is perfect. Room space is quite good enough. Best part is no noise from road.

Wifi doesn't work so if you are doing office work not at all suitable place. Once you take bath whole bathroom will be floating around. They haven't kept any bucket so you don't have any choice either. Staff doesn't pick the call after evening so you have to call official mobile number to reach out someone from management to get your things done. Late checkout feature is shown on booking but staff says it's an option and you have to pay 800+INR for one hour each approx half price of your booking. So, I found this feature quite shocking. Maybe Iam incorrect but half information and no clear instructions are provided. Car parking is a headache though they have quite good space but if it's heavily crowded you will be having a hard time just to park in and out.
