The staff was exceptional namely Ms Pooja and Ms Nikita at every point of time special thanks to both of them. Even otherwise the breakfast was exceptionally good

staff was very friendly and they are working super hard. they seem overwhelmed, especially in the front counter in the lobby. I guess the flow of guests is just too much at times.
Breakfast is good for Indian choices; somewhat limited for Western options. Loved the fresh dosas and eggs.
Location is right on the border of calangute and candolim. it's about a 15 minute walk to the beach.
the hotel felt dirty. the towels were super old, and kind threadbare. Breakfast time was quite chaotic, but that's probably because of the guests rather than the hotel itself. The toilet in the lobby was also not cleaned frequently enough.
Rooms are pretty small, and our TV didn't work, nor did the phone. It was impossible to get a hold of someone to come and fix it, so I just ignored it.
Also, it doesn't feel like you are in Goa... it could be anywhere... no view (or views of the roof). but that's our bad for choosing this.
