    Worst room with no facility. The initial checkin experience itself was bad. The receptionist wasn't available. He came after 10 mins and took us to room. The room was dirty with stain marks all over the roof, walls and bed as shown in picture. The washroom has odd smell like it was left closed for more than a month. The AC was in bad condition and the remote didn't work. We had to shut down using switch whenever we went outside. There was no guard/security. Looks to be a private campus where the owner live at the ground floor and the other floors are given as hotel. The checkout experience was also bad as the caretaker himself was unavailable and we had to just leave the key on the desk. Unclean room in bad shape. Also point to note that there is no separate lock from inside and you have to rely on the sphere shaped door lock which can also be opened from outside using a key.
