    I booked this hotel to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. Everything about our stay was dissapointing. Our check in was at 3. We had to wait till 4 pm for our keys. The first room alloted had a stained couch and was broken. The view from our room was so bad we could not ever open our curtains. The second room had dirt and stains. The bedsheets had holes in them and the toilet smelled. I have stayed in three star properties much better than this. Terrible experience. The only thing is if you have a young child you can select it but for us it was a huge dissapointment. It ruined our entire stay of 5 days. If you value comfort, select any of the nearby propeties they are sure to be better.

    I was quite disappointed with my experience at the hotel, especially as I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and wanted to make the occasion special. I had called the hotel two days before our arrival and informed them about the birthday, requesting that a cake and flowers be arranged in the room. The staff member I spoke to acknowledged the request and assured me that it had been noted. However, when we arrived, the reception team had no idea about the arrangements. To make matters worse, I had to wait for the room to be ready. I was told that I would receive a call once everything was ready, but no one called. When I went back to the reception to check, the staff member told me that they had already called me. I politely asked them to check the call records on their mobile phone, but they could not find my number and eventually apologised. Honestly, these things are disappointing, particularly when you are visiting to celebrate a special family occasion. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how the staff handle them and how they make guests feel. The reception staff appeared inexperienced and would benefit from proper customer service training, particularly in listening to guests, communicating clearly, and taking responsibility for requests. I also noticed staff talking amongst themselves while guests were standing at the counter. This is something that should be avoided, as guests deserve the staff’s full attention and courtesy. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that the management will take it positively and work on improving the guest experience. A hotel stay is not just about the room or the facilities; it is also about the warmth, care, and attention shown to guests. When someone makes an effort to inform the hotel in advance about a special occasion, a little attention to detail can make a big difference. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we had hoped for.
