Beautiful Apartment

This is a great apartment. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is a restful sanctuary with a really comfortable bed. Lots of storage space for clothes. The kitchen and living area upstairs is nicely decorated and well equipped. Two terraces, one facing east, the other west, make this a very special apartment. The rooftop views are beautiful. Our host Nadine was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment.

There's nothing I didn't like but for people with limited mobility there are a lot of stairs to climb.

Thoughtful, beautiful and well located near the centre of town

Our manager was the actual owner of the flat, and it showed. She has thought of everything. I appreciated all the attention to detail including the importance of daily life such as having good cooking knives, proper pots etc. The front and back terraces were my favourite. We were there during a heatwave and absolutely loved the air conditioning after touring the city each day but that we could head back outside in the evening to dine and watch the swallows flying about at dusk.

A perfect place to stay.

Everything was excellent. Our hostess even provided us with fruit and several bottles of water. The two terraces were very comfortable with fabulous views of the rooftops of Arles.

Sehr angenehm, sehr sauber und total schön (leider etwas laut wegen Straßenverkehr unten)…

Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super funktional mit allen Utensilien, die man in der Küche braucht + Föhn + Bügeleisen/ Bügelbrett, etc… Alles super praktisch und komfortabel konzipiert. Gute Bettwäsche und gute Hand- & Badetücher plus welche extra für den Fall, dass man mehr braucht! Alles top, duftend und neu! Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Beide Terrassen sind total schön und super eingerichtet! Schöne Sicht, v.a. allem nach hinten über die Dächer! Toplage zu Fuß zu allen Hotspots der Stadt und mit kleinen Supermärkten direkt um die Ecke, sowie Cafés, Bäckerei (Peach), etc… Empfang sehr nett und reaktiv. Alle Fragen sofort beantwortet. Ein kleines Verbindungsproblem mit dem WLAN wurde sofort für uns gelöst!

Leider ist gerade beim Schlafzimmer die Straßenseite wegen des Verkehrs ziemlich laut, was in Arles nicht oft zutrifft. Für mich persönlich also nicht gut für einen erholsamen Schlaf… aber nicht Jeder ist gleich empfindlich... Die Matratze ist von guter Qualität aber könnte breiter sein (140cm ist nicht viel, sogar für dünnere Personen, die im Sommer eher mit etwas Abstand schlafen wollen.)

Ein Bijou mit Blick über die Dächer von Arles

Die kleine Maisonette-Wohnung mit den beiden Terrassen im Attikageschoss ist ein Bijou. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Bilder können dies kaum wiedergeben. Die Terrassen mit Blick über die Dächer von Arles sind einzigartig. Ich konnte bestens schlafen, trotzdem das Schlafzimmer auf die befahrene Strasse orientiert ist. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist bestens gelegen, mit Geschäften zum Einkaufen gleich um die Ecke und mitten im Geschehen. Die Vermieterin war ausserordentlich hilfsbereit auch bei meiner sehr späten Ankunft.

Un cocon douillet au cœur de la ville

La situation est idéal, au cœur d’Arles. Les deux terrasses avec vue sur les toits de la vielle ville sont fantastiques. Apparemment calme, malgré la proximité d’une route. La gentillesse des propriétaires qui m’ont accueillie avec un panier de fruits frais et ont été très attentionnés tout au long du séjour.

Le seul point éventuellement négatif est la taille de la salle de bain, mais ce n’est pas étonnant dans un immeuble ancien. Ça ne m’a pas posé de problème, mais si on est très grand on pourrait se sentir à l’étroit.

Appartement très agréable et pratique

Superbe pièce de vie lumineuse avec les deux terrasses très agréables. Appartement bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire et très propre. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accomodants, excellent accueil. Emplacement pratique, proche du centre-ville historique.

Cela ne nous a pas dérangé, mais pour info il y a pas mal d'escaliers (le pendant des terrasses sur les toits...).

Mooi appartement met enorm vriendelijke eigenaren, wel voor wie geen probleem met trappen heeft

Mooi lichtrijk appartement met 2 grote terrassen met zicht op de stad) - ligging o.k. dichtbij bezienswaardigheden, maar wel langs vrij drukke straat met autoverkeer - héél vriendelijke eigenares die ons met alles en nog wat geholpen heeft - enige nadeel voor ons (bejaard stel en niet echt goed te been) : de trappen (2de en 3de verdieping - 70 treden).

Zalig plaatsje.

De ligging, het comfort, de leuke, attentvolle details (koffie, thee, suiker, water, ijsblokjes,..voorradig), mooie, stijlvolle inrichting, twee superleuke, zonnige terrassen. Fijne, lieve gastvrouw.

Badkamer is aan de kleine kant, zeker het toilet.... best oordopjes voorzien, soms wat straatlawaai..
