Very good accommodation, with some issues related to management. Location is great - we walked everywhere, but also there is a bus stop nearby, and few groceries in 5min walk. The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped. Quiet building and street. Parking in the basement for adequate price, which is a rare gem for old town.

Major: communication with the owner was not friction-free. The instructions were given late (few hours before arrival), which inconvenient if I am driving this day. I prefer planning ahead. I guess it is related to the fact that entrance to apartment is fully electronic - you have no keys, and must have charged smartphone and internet. Not an issue, but be aware. Parking pre-payment was not easy, some unusual payment options instead of 'leave cash' or just IBAN for transfer. But maybe that's not a problem for others. Probably random case: the parking spot was locked upon my arrival. I had to wait 1h in my car for a person to unlock the spot. Sheets were clean, but very used/worn, please replace. Salt/cooking oil/pepper would be nice to have as necessity (the kitchen does include coffee and sugar). Cleaning lady arrived 30min before agreed checkout time and caused us to hurry.

A localização excelente, o apartamento parecia ser recém reformado e muito lindo, as comodidades também atenderam as necessidades.

Box do banheiro muito curto, acaba molhando a parte externa. E também não haver nenhum suporte para produtos de banho.

Schliessanlage der Wohnung ohne Schlüssel sehr praktisch aber auch laut. Wenig Möglichkeiten im Bad etwas abzustellen.
