Nine O Clock San Agustin

Fuimos a Sevilla por un fin de semana, elegimos este apartamento por su ubicación y la verdad que fue todo un acierto. A 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren, y el mismo tiempo a los bares de tapas. Por lo tanto, era muy cómodo desplazarse a pie. Estaba muy limpio y la estancia fue muy agradable. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café para desayuno. Repetiría si volviese.

The location was definitely a strong point – the accommodation is about a 13-minute walk from the city center and the main tourist attractions, which made everything very convenient and accessible. Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t experience any issues, including with the water or other facilities. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The only minor inconvenience was the temperature in the evening. There is air conditioning, but it had to be set to heating mode, and the unit is positioned directly toward the bed, which can feel slightly uncomfortable. However, it’s not a major issue. I would recommend this place, especially for those looking for a budget-friendly option in a good and accessible location.

There was a smell of sewage in the hallway and bathroom for our entire stay. Our toilet also kept blocking and clogging and we had to wait to get the maintence guy out. Very stressful. Lastly Maria was lovely but generally there is no reason to have someone check you in for 1 minute- it would be better to have a lock box as it actually caused more coordination and correspondence than was needed.
