Apartamento muy coqueto, práctico y bien situado. Especialmente agradable el olor de la ropa de cama y las toallas. Pese a estar en una gran avenida con mucho tráfico, no molestaban los ruidos. Ideal para visitar el centro de Sevilla.
Quizá el sofá cama necesite un cambio, sonaba excesivamente.

La decoración, el estilo, la cama y su confort. La ubicación. Los electrodomésticos de la cocina muy bien.
No hay ascensor para subir equipajes. Mejorar la limpieza, en zonas altas y cajones, me encontré unos clínex con sangre. Algunas puertas del armario de la cocina se desencajaban. Deberán hacer alguna tarea de mantenimiento en los muebles de la cocina.

Posizione ottima centralissima, bilocale piccolo ma pulito ed in ordine.
Divano letto molto piccolo e scomodo, bagno con bidet privo di miscelatore e quindi inutilizzabile, contesto condominiale con un po’ di rumori notturni dagli alloggi vicini.
