Exclusivo Duplex con terraza en Sevilla

Property was walking distance to all attractions. lots of bars and restaurant's near by. We were met by her daughter at the property shown where to park. had over keys and how to get into property. Loved sitting on the terrace in the evening. Great cloths drying arear too.

Underground parking was quite snug and two levels down {we did scratch our car slightly, beware!} We had a slight problem with a internal key which Katrin the owner sorted promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, only about a 10-minute walk from the old town, with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Being able to walk almost everywhere was a real bonus. The property was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was much appreciated in the warm weather. The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to contact whenever we needed anything. Parking is available for an extra charge. It can be a little tricky if you have a larger car, but it was manageable. It is also useful to know that you cannot buy alcohol from shops after 10 pm, so worth planning ahead. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend the property, especially for its excellent location and welcoming host.

Great location, the facility has the elevator. The house is well maintained and clean. Loved the little terrace.

It was not too far for the city centre. The property had everything as expected. The lounge is a really good size with plenty of comfortable seating. It was well equipped and appliances easy to use. The beds were comfortable and bathroom facilities were enough for our group.

There were no instructions regarding waste disposal. It would have be good to have an instruction manual. The road at the rear of the property was very noisy, especially at night. Some leaflets of local attractions would also have been helpful.
