We really liked the location of the apartment, not far from the central Seville locations but tucked away in a cul-de-sac, with no traffic. There was noise but mainly from neighbours, which cannot be helped. Good WIFI. Manuel was fantastic in providing information all the way from booking to leaving. He sent us recommendations on routes to follow for visits, restaurants, bars, flamenco shows, etc

While we understand and recognize that the apartment is in an old/protected building (which was fantastic), we believe that the interior of the apartment is really badly outdated. From the old furniture, to the old TV, to the old kitchen appliances, we didnt like at all the interior of the apartment. The bed sheets were old and worn, not looking clean at all, same for the towels. Bed was comfy, but due to the bad looking bed sheets we could not enjoy our sleep. There was a large wardrobe in the bedroom but too big for the space, very difficult to walk between the wardrobe and the bed. The bathroom is very small (which is fine up to a point), but the shower cabin was not only very small but also not very clean, probably because of the old sealant and glass/plastic doors. Bad smell from the sink. To note, plenty of washing products and a hair dryer. The kitchen was looking old, with the sink tap badly loose, old cutlery/crockery and a bad smell coming from the drains. There is no capsules coffee making machine, just an old style Espresso machine which takes long to make and required ground coffee (which was provided). Living room was spacious but again outdated, with an old TV (not a smart tv or firestick, so no Netflix etc). Shutters to both living room and bedroom were old and in bad shape (paint and wood peeled off), not closing properly and leaving outside noise in. While they were really nice to have as a feature, we are sure they can be repaired and painted to look better. Overall, a very nice spacious apartment in desperate need of updating, refurbishing and love. Manuel, with some small investments you could make this beautiful apartment look wonderful, we wish you all the best.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the old city. Our host was amazing and helped us in many ways even booking us a flamenco show! Check in instructions were clear and easy.
