Very comfortable apartment in the heart of the casco viejo.

My only issue was with the safe … I had flagged it to the team but it was never resolved.

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere, supermarket just along the road. Good cafés nearby and public transport was close by

There are a number of maintenance issues that need fixing or sorting out. The handle on the front door comes off when you close the door. The handrail in the bathroom is damaged and nearly coming off. The toilet roll holder is loose and is going to fail soon. The lights over the kitchen sink have a fault. They flicker on and off to the point where they have to be turned off and then you can't see. Bath mats need to be supplied as the floor is very slippery when your feet a wet straight out of the shower. I nearly slipped over the first time I used the shower. This is a real health and safety issue and needs to be addressed. Finally, the toilet paper is dreadful. It is cheap nasty stuff. It is very coarse and rough and very narrow leading to issues when using it.

Good location, with the centre a 10-minute walk away. The apartment looked how it does in the pictures. Prompt communication from the management team. Comfortable bed.

The front door unlocked by itself three times whilst we were there which was worrying as the door leads onto the street. Luckily nothing was stolen, but we did feel concerned leaving the apartment. We saw it unlock once in front of us with no one on the other side, so the lock must be faulty. We also smelt a strong smell of sewerage twice but it did go after a maintenance man came and fixed the bathroom sink.
