POP ART Conde Negro de Sevilla

Really good communication with the host, smooth process. The apartment is located in a rather new building, close to the center (15-20 minutes walk to Giralda), but still in a local neighborhood, really well connected with the train station and other means of transportation. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. It looks really nice, well maintained, with all the amenities we needed, with a big terrace (we were at ground floor), with a good parking (although a but cramped like every other parking in Spain). Really comfortable sleeping facilities and has 2 bathrooms which is always nice. Overall, one of the best places we stayed if we consider the the money value.

Only two things worth mentioning: - whenever we used the AC during the day, the fuse will switch off every 10 minutes so we needed to restart it (probably a building issue) (we contacted the owners, they came to fix it, it was the same after that); using it during the night didn't present issues - quite thin walls so a bit noisy in the morning considering the bedroom windows were facing the public spaces in the inner courtyard

We really enjoyed our stay in Sevilla, especially during the festival period. The city was colorful, and full of life.
The apartment was overall comfortable and met our expectations. A few items could use some maintenance but nothing that seriously impacted our stay. The location is excellent with many places easily reachable on foot. The high ceilings were a big plus and made the space feel very spacious and airy. Parking can be a bit challenging for larger cars but our host Bruno was very supportive and gave clear guidance, which helped a lot. He was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The online check-in form was overly complicated and difficult to complete compared to other Booking stays.

Parking & location. Towels.

Not clean, poor bedlinen, poor very flat pillows, few things broken, no bedlight, no bedtable, dirty infobook, kitchen , difficult to get in with doorlock and find the hidden keybox. Smelly flat. Host didn't respond to my (helping) feedback. Happy to leave in the morning.
