La posizione ottima. Le camere un po scomode perche non ce una porta che divide le camere una dal altra. Il problema era che si sentiva tutto da su a giu. La pulizia buona e i letti buoni

Ubicación en pleno centro de Sevilla. Lugar silencioso para poder descansar a gusto. Recomendable tanto para ocio como negocios como era mi caso. Volveré con la familia.

Gute Lage, grundsätzlich viel Platz (waren zwei Erwachsene, 1 Kind), Klima im Untergeschoss suppt, Klima oben geht gut, muss aufgrund der modrigen, stickigen Luft aber auch immer laufen. Durch Angebot haben wir nur 80 EUR pro Nacht bezahlt , daher würde ich sagen Preis/Leistung okay. Man darf nicht viel erwarten, die Unterkunft hat uns aber vor der Hitze Sevillas gerettet weil wir ursprünglich vor hatten im Camper zu nächtigen. Backofen sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet, Bett und Coutchen bequem. Groser Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Self- Check in funktioniert reibungslos! Pool auf dem Dach sauber, weitere Bewohner/Personal (?) sehr freundlich!
Keine Frischluft, Abwasser/Modergeruch. Im Untergeschoss in 4 Nächten 3 Kakerlaken entdeckt - unbedingt Stöpsel in Waschbecken/Duschen drin lassen. Grundsätzlich renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr hellhörig. Spülmaschine defekt.
