Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación del apartamento, muy cercano a toda la zona centro de Sevilla. Además valoramos muy positivamente que el apartamento tenga un garaje debajo, ya que estacionar el coche por esa zona es prácticamente imposible. También la terraza que posee en la azotea, es bonita y tiene vistas. Positiva también la atención del dueño.
No nos ha gustado que el apartamento necesita un mantenimiento casi total. Los muebles son más bien antiguos. Pero especialmente necesita un “lavado de cara”, las paredes tienen muchas manchas, de lo que parecen mosquitos muertos. Además, las cañerías de los baños huelen mucho. Encontramos hormigas un día en uno de los dormitorios (no teníamos ningún tipo de comida). Además hay mosquitos de cloaca en el baño.
