Ha sido perfecto, la ubicación, el apartamento... como estar en casa. El apartamento estaba bien equipado con todo lo necesario, habitaciones acogedoras... Recomendable 100% Destacar la amabilidad de la propietaria y sobre todo en el check out que nos dejó un poco más.
Por destacar, la presión del agua de la ducha era escasa y el agua se salía por un lado del plato 😔

La posizione della struttura è ottima per raggiungere facilmente a piedi le attrazioni più importanti di Siviglia. È situata ad una manciata di minuti dalla Cattedrale. Molto comodo il posto auto in garage, con portone automatizzato ed ascensore che dal garage arriva direttamente al piano dell'appartamento. La casa è ottimamente climatizzata. Letti abbastanza comodi. Bagno con doccia grande.
Ovviamente trovandosi nel centro storico le strade per raggiungere la struttura sono strette, ma con un po di attenzione, si arriva agevolmente.

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación del apartamento, muy cercano a toda la zona centro de Sevilla. Además valoramos muy positivamente que el apartamento tenga un garaje debajo, ya que estacionar el coche por esa zona es prácticamente imposible. También la terraza que posee en la azotea, es bonita y tiene vistas. Positiva también la atención del dueño.
No nos ha gustado que el apartamento necesita un mantenimiento casi total. Los muebles son más bien antiguos. Pero especialmente necesita un “lavado de cara”, las paredes tienen muchas manchas, de lo que parecen mosquitos muertos. Además, las cañerías de los baños huelen mucho. Encontramos hormigas un día en uno de los dormitorios (no teníamos ningún tipo de comida). Además hay mosquitos de cloaca en el baño.
