About this house rental

This magnificent 5-bedroom house, located on the iconic Tintes Street, boasts a prime location. Just a stone’s throw from Puerta de Carmona Street, it offers access to Seville’s historical gems such as Casa de Pilatos and Casa de Salinas. Furthermore, it serves as the main gateway to the Old Town, allowing easy exploration of the most charming corners of the Sevillian capital.

Upon entering the house, one is greeted by a charming Andalusian hallway leading to the elegant main lounge, decorated with exquisite details. This lounge features a central table, two sofas, and additional chairs, being the core of the home and connecting to other rooms. Adjacent to it, there is a spacious dining room, perfect for family gatherings or dinners with friends.

To the left, a secondary dining area offers a more intimate setting, complete with a dining table and a nearby toilet. Opposite, the modern, fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all the facilities and utensils needed for a pleasant stay.

The living room, designed for relaxing, is furnished with two sofas, various armchairs, a Smart TV, and a bookshelf for book lovers. A large glass door opens the house to a patio, offering a lounge area and a swimming pool, the perfect spot to spend the warmer days.

On the first floor, we find two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first room has a double bed, while the second boasts a double bed with an extensive walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with double sinks, double shower, and a bathtub.

On the second floor, we may find a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and a shared bathroom. Lastly, two charming attic bedrooms, each furnished with twin beds.

The penthouse terrace is outfitted with sun loungers for relaxing, a shower for cooling down, and exercise equipment for the most fitness guests.

Small pool but perfectly formed for a dip and cool off. A beautiful house in a beautiful city. Well equipped. Genteel management we’re really helpful too. I would highly recommend it.

The house was spacious and beautiful with a lot of natural light. It is in in the perfect location. We didn't use the outdoor space secondary to the weather so can't speak on that. However wifi was spotty, especially on the second and third floors. Additionally, the TV didn't really work. Finally, it would probably be helpful if there was a space heater or extra blankets to use in the main room as it was quite cold during our time there. There were heaters in every bedroom and dining room. The common area, where we wanted to spend time together in the house was quite cold.
