Nine O Clock San Agustin Suites

The apartment is very clean and comfort once checked in successfully.

It’s a private owned rental property, no front desk or anyone on site 24/7 to help. Checkin process is a bit challenging, but once over it, all works great. There is always answers to my questions posted on booking msgs

A limpeza do espaço ficou aquém.

We were in permanent contact with the staff and the communication was great. The staff was awesome, we had a huge delay and they made sure to accommodate our needs and the meeting was on time. Great location with a lot of restaurants and facilities around, plus a short walking distance to the main attraction and easy to get there from the airport. Also, the apartment had everything that we needed and it was big and spacious.

We liked the location close to the historic center and the possibility of finding bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

When we arrived the sofa bed was not prepared so we made it up ourselves. The kitchen wasn't working, we reported it and the next day a technician arrived but didn't resolve the situation. The apartment has potential but there were some critical issues.
