About this apartment rental
The best thing about the apartment is its location. During your stay, you won’t need to use a car or public transportation. It’s also a well-equipped apartment, with air conditioning and central heating, and everything you need to be comfortable.
In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the city’s main tourist attractions: the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, María Luisa Park, churches, museums, and more.
It’s also very close to the Santa Justa train station (1 km away). Simply strolling through the Santa Cruz neighborhood is one of the pleasures this city has to offer: narrow streets, houses adorned with flowers, and more.
Cano y Cueto Street, where the apartment is located, is very quiet and close to one of the city’s main avenues: Menéndez y Pelayo Street. This means the apartment has excellent transportation links, even for those traveling by private car. If you’re interested, we can offer you a private underground parking spot (reservations are required and there is an additional cost), although there are also several public parking lots in the area.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is nicely decorated and sleeps four people. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other bedroom has two 90-cm single beds. The building has a shared terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant evening.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine, as well as kitchen utensils and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
Nearby, you’ll find several supermarkets, as well as bars and restaurants where you can have a beer or a meal at a very reasonable price. Perhaps the best-known bar is La Carbonería, as it appears in all the city’s tourist guides. This bar features live performances of various types of music, as well as exhibitions of different artistic disciplines. It’s a great place to end the day.
You can also find several venues near the apartment offering flamenco shows, as well as enjoy the Jardines de Murillo park or simply stroll through the neighborhood streets to see the churches, palaces, and traditional houses.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was walking distance to most everything we wanted to visit. Near many bars and restaurants, beautiful parks and squares. A little noisy at night but worth it for the atmosphere and central location.

Enjoyed my stay. Location is great. Electronic check in a tad difficult but it all worked in the end. If you aren’t used to that sort of thing it can be daunting. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Great location to see the sights of Centro Seville! Clean, but only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week? Twin beds were fine for the kids, double was smaller than expected with only a body pillow. Wifi only works in front of the house. We had to stay together, since key and convenient wireless access worked for the building, but only the wireless worked to get in the front door. Only had wireless on one phone. Water pressure in shower was low, but got nice and hot! Loved the neighborhood!

We use apartments quite frequently on city breaks and have come to expect certain standards and features.
This apartment was OK, but there were niggles. From a cleanliness point of view, we found long black hairs in the bathroom, and a towel hanging in the shower was stained, so we weren't sure if it was clean or not. Also, items such as an empty box of tissues would indicate that not a lot of care went into the pre-rental clean.
We arrived when it was uncharacteristically cold and wet in Seville, and the apartment was very cold when we got there. I tried to put the heating on, but there were no instructions how to set it, and the day and time were all wrong on the timer. I resolved it by looking at Youtube, but it would have been good to have instructions available.
Similarly, it's fairly standard to have some sort of user guide to an apartment and for there to be a list of local stores/restaurants recommended by the owners. We had none of this, although in their defence I should add that there are many good eateries wihin a few minutes walk.
Towels and bed linen all felt a bit worn out.
The only contact we had with the owners was via e mail or text, which is fine, but it would have been nice to meet somebody at the outset. The keyless entry system, where the door to the building and apartment is opened by an app on a smartphone is pretty neat, but do take the physical keys with you too if you go out, as one one occasion, neither my own, or my wife's phone, would open the building door.
There is a lot of choice of apartment in Seville, as well as some great hotels, so it's a shame that this didn't meet our expectations.
