Maria was an excellent host. She was very helpful and attentive throughout my stay, making sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. She provided great recommendations with links to local attractions and services in the area. The neighborhood felt very safe, the place was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
The only downside for me was that the building doesn’t have an elevator, and my apartment was on the second floor. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns.

We stayed in duplex apartment #4. Great location for walking into city, Santa Justa train station and taxis. Short walk to lovely restaurants and supermarket. Loved the church bells opposite, only start at 08:30. Roomy apartment with authentic Spanish feel. Super-helpful host Maria made check-in easy.
Air conditioning barely up to the job in 38° heat, especially in upstairs bedroom. Fridge old and needs replacing, didn’t keep things cold or fresh. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Outside private terrace furniture needs cushions, unable to sit outside without. No mirror in upstairs bedroom.

It was a tiny house with a patio, perfect for the two of us, I appreciated having an outside space. Not far from two supermarkets, the Casa de Pilates and within distance to Setas de Sevilla and lovely old narrow streets. Plenty of shops too.
Nothing it was perfectly fine and we enjoyed our stay there. Aesthetically I’d have made more of the patio area with more plants or decorative pots.
