Modern bathroom, nicely styled apartment, fully equipped kitchen, onsite parking, quiet neighborhood, supermarket around the corner, bakery around the other corner, close to Rouen center with public transport, personal and kind reception by owner.

Squeaky floors (inherent to the old building), bed less comfortable

De accommodatie was erg compleet. Alles was voldoende: Genoeg kleerhangers, haakjes, versieringen, keukenspullen met als extra wat basics, zoals olie en azijn.

De entree naar de kamer, het trappenhuis, maar het contrast met het appartement was daardoor extra groot.

Das waren zwei gute Tage!

Gut renovierte Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss eines älteren Hauses. Gegenüber ist ein gepflegter öffentlicher Park. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Minute von der Haustür entfernt. Die Busverbindung ins Stadtzentrum klappt gut. Parken im Innenhof auch. Trotz der Lage an einer etwas größeren Straße recht ruhig, da die Wohnung im Seitenflügel liegt. In der Wohnung ist allesvorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Kein Luxus, aber ein sehr faires Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Bravo et félicitation pour ce logement au rapport qualité / prix excellent et que je recommande.

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. L'appartement a été très bien rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Lieu ou il fait bon se poser et reposer, très calme. La place de stationnement et la proximité immédiate du jardin des plantes est un vrai plus.

Petit bémol sur le fonctionnement des plaques à induction. J'ai reçu l'information trop tard. Une précision sur le guide d'accueil serait indiqué. Rien de grave cependant;

Appartamento con possibilità di parcheggio interno, pulito e confortevole, tutto l'occorrente per prepare i pasti, ottimo WIFI, condizionatore. Fermata autobus nelle vicinanze. Per chi arriva con auto propria ( noi siamo stati 26-27-28 -giugno 2024) chiedere indicazioni, causa interruzione strada.

Da sapere che per raggiungere appartamento ci sono 2 piani di scale non comode e che si trova in un sottotetto
