Cozy Vacation Rental in Warnemünde – Central, Quiet, and Close to the Beach
This lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation rental is located in a quiet and exclusive area in the heart of Warnemünde, just about 200 meters from the beach. Its central location makes the apartment the ideal starting point for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.
Popular attractions such as the Warnemünde lighthouse and the Teepott are just a few steps away. The Alte Strom, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and fishing boats, invites you to take a stroll in any weather—fresh fish sandwiches right on your doorstep included. Throughout the year, numerous events and sailing regattas create a genuine maritime atmosphere.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a bakery, a weekly market, a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants, small shops, a post office, bike rentals, as well as the beach and the promenade—all conveniently within walking distance.
The approximately 35 m² vacation apartment on Anastasiastraße is located on the first floor and features a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen TV, a practical kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the living area, you have access to the garden with seating, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The non-smoking vacation apartment is designed for a maximum of two people.

• Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The price for the first night includes the final cleaning and booking fees, as well as the initial supply of bedding, hand towels, bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel.
On behalf of the tourism and spa authorities, the spa tax is calculated as follows:
Adults: €3.70 per day; reduced rate: €1.45. The reduced visitor’s tax applies to children and adolescents aged 6 through 14, as well as to people with a degree of disability (GdB) of 50 or higher. Children up to age 5, business travelers, and people with a GdB of at least 80 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. For individuals with a GdB of 100, accompanying persons are also exempt from the visitor’s tax. The spa tax includes a mobility fee of €1.45. This entitles the holder to free use of public transportation within the Warnow Transport Association’s service area, with the exception of the Molli spa train and the Warnow ferries.
