This cozy and lovingly furnished vacation rental is located in a quiet, exclusive area in the center of Warnemünde, just about 200 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. Thanks to its central yet relaxed surroundings, the apartment is ideal for a relaxing vacation for two.
The Warnemünde lighthouse and the Teepott are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is also just a short walk away. The nearby Alte Strom, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and fishing boats, invites you to stroll around year-round—fresh fish sandwiches straight from the boat included. Throughout the year, events and sailing competitions add to the maritime vacation atmosphere.
All essential amenities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity: a bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, bike rental, restaurants, small shops, as well as the beach and promenade are all within easy walking distance.
The approximately 26 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building on Anastasiastraße. It features a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen TV, a functional kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You also have access to the garden, which features seating. This non-smoking apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of two people.
Important Notes:
• The visitor’s tax is charged separately at the currently applicable rate.
• Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The price for the first night includes the final cleaning and booking fees, as well as the initial provision of one set each of bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel.
On behalf of the tourism and spa authorities, the spa tax is calculated as follows:
Adults: €3.70 per day; reduced rate: €1.45. The reduced visitor’s tax applies to children and adolescents aged 6 through 14, as well as to people with a degree of disability (GdB) of 50 or higher. Children up to age 5, business travelers, and people with a GdB of at least 80 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. For individuals with a GdB of 100, accompanying persons are also exempt from the visitor’s tax. The spa tax includes a mobility fee of 1.45 €. This entitles the holder to free use of public transportation within the Warnow Transport Association’s service area, with the exception of the Molli spa train and the Warnow ferries.
