L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Hanoï, l'appartement est à proximité du lac hoam kiem,de la station de bus, du lac tay vraiment très pratique.

Le propriétaire devrait mettre à disposition quelques nécessaires de nettoyage (éponge, produits vaisselle, brosse toilette,balai, balayette).

Sehr gute Lage, man ist quasi sofort im Old Quarter und hat jede Menge Cafés, Läden und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Auch der Self Check-In ist super, wenn man spät nachts ankommt so wie ich.

Die Wohnung ist nicht gut gedämmt, es ist sehr laut. Und die Matratze ist ein Brett, noch nie so eine harte Matratze gehabt.

L’emplacement de la chambre est idéal pour visiter Hanoï, notamment le quartier des corporations. L’arrivée s’est faite sans problème, et la communication avec l’hôte était très fluide. La chambre est très jolie, avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

There is a cafe connected to it but it's there. The room was quite spacious and there was even a tub as well, but no bum gum. Right on the street in the Old Quarter so you are in the heart of the action if you need.

Upon getting to the location it operates more like an Air BnB or apartment for rent. To get access the property is rather disappointing the lockbox is on the outside the main door at the bottom of the door. Which is a poor location as it is dirty and quite difficult to access for some people. Also, if you are a bigger person or have a suitcase I would avoid of this place as the stairwell is very narrow so I would recommmend avoiding if you have large luggage, elderly, or small children. I had an issue that the cleaner took the room key that was suppose to be in the lockbox and it got sorted by the owner via WhatsApp. However, after a long flight this might ruin your experience. Also, there's no parking so if you have or are renting a motorbike I would look elsewhere
