The hostel is on a walking distance from almost all the main attractions. Hanoi central pod has the best staff with the kindest hosts!

The location was central (though a bit inside and very narrow street on which taxi cannot come). Value for money as breakfast is also included in the price
Attitude of staff. My stuff was stolen and one of the staff (sitting closer to entry) was so condescending that it’s not their fault. He did not even make an attempt to speak to the cleaning guy to find out whether they have seen the stuff. Anyways, it could be one-off experience. Though I lost the product (morning staff provided a replacement to me, though a cheaper one) but that should not change the location and value for money argument for the property. The staff need to be more humane as they are in hospitality industry.

Staff were welcoming, bedrooms were clean, location is good, everything was no more than a 30 minute walk!
Maybe it could be nice if they had something social in the evening?

The location, lift access
The toilets are so dirty that I had to climb to almost every floor to look for a clean one. The property is not managed well.
