Hanoi Central Pod

Staff were welcoming, bedrooms were clean, location is good, everything was no more than a 30 minute walk!

Maybe it could be nice if they had something social in the evening?

Property had great location, the staff went to the moon and back for me showed me around Hanoi and introduced me to family, they managed to help me book the hà giang loop and completely kept me comfortable with my stay and excursions I had no concerns with my bookings as manager there made sure everything was good I have felt so comfortable with my stay and not a single worry passed my mind

Top bunk was slightly uncomfortable but that may have been due to my posture while sleeping

Bathroom stinks

The hostel is centrally located but situated on a quiet side street. The rooms offer plenty of storage space in lockable lockers; there is also ample storage space by the bed.

I was dissatisfied with the staff's dishonesty. I was told that the price listed on Booking was incorrect and that I would have to pay more. They also offered me a taxi that was supposedly cheaper than using the Grab app, yet the price was nearly 100% higher than the app's rate. Apparently, there was also free breakfast available, but I was not informed about it and did not receive it. The same applies to the upstairs lounge area. At times, the bathrooms were very dirty; they should have been cleaned more frequently.
