I was searching for a nice, clean and quiet spot for sleeping but still near everything and this was the perfect spot. I cannot believe how quiet it was at night it was amazing especially after being in the crazy hustle & bustle of Hanoi all day it was nice to get back to my room and be able to get some proper rest 😍 it was an extra added plus for me to have the mini fridge and the plants and cute Vietnamese buildings and sky view outside of the window. Everything about the place really felt warm and cozy!❤️🫂 The owner is the nicest person ever also. I have stitches in my finger from an accident in Thailand and was concerned and Zalo went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and let me know he’s there if I needed anything, even something for my finger 😆😍 what a kind soul! The coffee shop at the top of the alley of the homestay is in is also amazing plus. I got the coconut gelato matcha so yum!

Fabulous location, easy walking distance to the old quarter and far away enough to be super quiet. Also very close to the lake for lovely walks. Super lovely owner / host, comfy beds, clean and quiet. A kitchen to make food, a coffee shop at the end of the alley.

The only thing that wasn't so great was the wifi - I didn't need it much as I was out and about and then just used my phone. But if you rely on it you will struggle.

Bathroom requires some repair. Shower screen requires repair as water leaks into dry area. Tower needs more drying as has the moisture smell.
