    I highly recommend this hotel! The location is great and close to everything we needed. The staff, especially Ms. Flo, were incredibly kind and welcoming. She always had a smile on her face. She also upgraded our room which we really appreciated. When we came back on our second day our room had already been cleaned. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you, Ms. Flo for making our stay enjoyable!

    We were a group of 15 pax travelling from Philippines. Tho we got separate rooms on diff floors it was ok since they accommodated us very well. The pictures of the room is exactly how it is, very spacious and they did house keeping daily. The hotel is located at the center of Old Quarter right next to famous tourists spots like Cafe Giang, Lak Fries and alot. Very well accomodating staff even if there was a language barrier they really did everything they could to host us. They provided us with everything we needed and honestly didn’t feel like a budget hotel. If we will go back to hanoi definitely would go back and stay here, and definitely would recommend this to my kababayans.
