Really loved the location of this place and there was a spa on the ground floor which was very convenient for us. During the night market and when we do shopping, going back home was easy. The staff was friendly. We didn't try the breakfast buffet because we wanted to eat outside.
It was very difficult to find this place at first because we thought that there will be a very big sign of the hotel. The location is great but sometimes the grab car cant enter the street because of closure (only on weekends)

Good central location and friendly, helpful staff.
I was offered baggage storage and use of shower facilities as I was flying late in the evening which was a bonus.
The room I booked was not available and they offered a downgrade option… what can you do? They did reduce the price by 15% but not the point.
Breakfast options limited.
